Celebrate Pancake Day

We are celebrating all things pancakes with two versions of pancakes for Pancake Day. Savory version is an oven baked pancake (Ugnspannkaka) topped with chanterelles, lingonberries and creme fraiche. Our Sweet version are Swedish mini pancakes (Plättar) topped with pear, hazelnut crumble and brown butter ice cream.
