Executive Chef Marcus Jernmark at the James Beard House

Our Executive Chef Marcus Jernmark was charged with reinventing the menu at Aquavit at the beginning of this year. With a focus on seasonality and housemade ingredients like sausages, smoked meats, and cured fish, Chef Jernmark has brought his native cuisine to a new level here at Aquavit. On Friday, October 15th at 7pm, Chef Jernmark will be cooking an Autumn Nordic Table menu at the James Beard House. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Chef Jernmark’s exquisite cooking with abundance of the season’s bounty.
