Prieuré Roch Burgundy Wine Dinner

Join us as we continue our wine series with another great Burgundian Domaine, Prieuré Roch.   

Located in the Cote d'Or, the birthplace of Pinot Noir, Prieuré Roch is known as one of the best producers to make ageable natural wine in France. 

On Thursday, May 17th, Yannick Champ, Prieuré Roch's managing winemaker,  will join us to lead this intimate tasting.  The evening will feature eight special vintages which will  be paired with a five-course menu (below) by Chef Emma Bengtsson featuring the best of Spring ($695 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity).  

About Prieuré Roch: Considered to be Burgundian wine 'royalty,' Henry Frédéric Roch's family has been intertwined with the great wine estates in the region for decades. The grandson of legendary winemaker Henri Leroy, Roch served as co-director of the renowned Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, which he took over from his father, prior to founding Prieuré Roch in 1988. 

Mindful of the wine-making traditions and pedological singularity of the Burgundian terroir, he developed and enhanced the Domaine by scrupulously applying the biodynamic ancestral methods of tending the vines, the vinification, and cellaring which have historically made the wines of Burgundy revered.
